Application
F type fans are suitable for low pressure high volume applications and within their normal operating range give the lowest tip speed and /or most compact frame size for any particular duty.
They are suitable for blowing or exhausting provided that the gas is reasonably clean, non flammable, non toxic and non corrosive. The standard fan will operate in ambient temperatures up to 40C, however , as the monitor is outside the airsteam modifications can be made to handle gases up to 200C.

CASING sheet steel with flaged outlet and guarded inlet. alternative inlet arrangements being available, See Accessories.
Floor mounting fans are provided with a substantial motor pedestal which forms the base of the unit and also supports the casing. The casing can be removed and rotated to alter the discharge angle without disturbing the impeller.
Outlet flange mounting fans are not provided with pedestal, the motor being mounted onto the side of the fan casing.
IMPELLER Forward curve multivane type, dinamically balanced, of sheet steel construction with steel centre hub keyed to the motor shaft.
MOTOR Totally enclosed surface cooled to IEC 72 and IEC 34-1 with class F insulation and IP44 enclosure. Other enclosures available upon request.
